Artist Statement
My work is rooted in surrealism — not as an aesthetic style to borrow, but as a genuine way of seeing. I am interested in the images that arrive uninvited: the figures that emerge at the edge of sleep, the landscapes that feel both ancient and entirely new. Surrealism gave me permission to trust those images, to take them seriously, to ask what they know that I do not.
My recent series ventures into small-format worlds where life, dreams, and fear share the same breathing room — paintings that search for the invisible thread running through all of us."
